Open-access drop-in center

For over a decade, KIKIT has been providing a unique open-access service where no appointment is required. A person who wishes to access our service can freely walk through our doors during our drop-in hours (12pm-4pm) and be seen by one of our BAME Specialist Recovery Practitioners.

Due to the pandemic we had to adapt our services in order to keep our service users, staff and volunteers safe. We extended our line hours, provided online webinars and support sessions and made the use of technology features so that our people had easy access to contacting us.

As lockdown restrictions are now a thing of the past, we want to remind our service users that our center is open as usual and all restrictions which were in place before are no longer required.

We understand that after 2 years of restrictions it can be difficult to get back our there, our lines remain open on weekdays Monday – Friday between 9am to 5pm, If you are not yet comfortable to meet in person.

We look forward to seeing you soon at our drop-in center, located at 153 Stratford Road, Sparkbrook, Birmingham B11 1RD. If you wish to speak to a member of our team, you can call us on 0121 448 3883 or send us an email at info@kikitproject.org.
